Nathan Worley is the Founder & Managing Partner of WorleyByrd Roofing & Restoration. He has worked in general contracting, construction, and the roofing industry for the last decade, providing leadership, building teams, and growing businesses throughout the greater Austin area. Earlier in his career, Nathan worked in operational and customer-centric roles in the energy industry and software systems. He is an entrepreneur through and through and relishes opportunities to help customers through the complex and stressful process of high-profile projects and insurance claims. His unwavering commitment to employees and customers has presented the opportunity for him to bring a professional and personalized approach to the general contracting and roofing market and found WorleyByrd Roofing & Restoration. Nathan Worley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos.
Eric Worley
Eric WorleyCofounder & Managing Partner
Eric Worley is the Cofounder & Managing Partner of WorleyByrd Roofing & Restoration. He has worked in numerous senior-level energy market leadership roles for the last 20 years. Eric has a background in engineering, project management, technology, and construction, primarily focused on high-profile critical infrastructures. He has broad experience leading operational and commercial teams in fast-paced service environments and enjoys developing new leaders. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston and a Master of Engineering in Technical Management from Texas A&M University. He is currently a dual-MBA candidate at Cornell University in New York and Queen’s University in Kingston.
