Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Outside) — Greater Austin
Field Role:
This is a 1099, commission-only, field role.
What You'll Do:
- Knock doors (daily)
- Talk to homeowners (daily)
- Set inspections & inspect properties – including roofing systems (daily)
- In-class training and ongoing career development program (Weekly)
- Improve through training (weekly)
This Role Is For You If:
- You can work outside for hours (Texas heat included)
- Take rejection
- You’re coachable and can follow a simple script
- You can show up on time every day without being chased
Requirements:
- Must have a personal, reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with ladders / roof inspections
- Jeans + closed-toe shoes – “carries themselves professionally” (shirts and hats provided)
- Able to work in an independent and/or team environment – Reliable
- “Thick-skinned” – a go getter who is not easily offended – Resilient
- Able to operate a company laptop and navigate programs (we train you)
