Senior Roofing Consultant | High Commission | Full Support
Field Role:
This is a 1099, commission-only, field role. Simple. Transparent. Powerful. No confusing commission structures. No moving targets. No commission caps. No games. For the right individual, this creates an earning opportunity that rivals—and often exceeds—what many roofing company owners earn themselves.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and close deals (includes canvassing for self-generated leads)
- Close deals for any company generated lead
- Inspect and document property damage
- File property insurance claims or work with clients through retail projects
- Service client throughout sales cycle
This Role Is For You If:
If you have sold over $1,000,000 in roofing revenue in a single year and can prove it, keep reading.
We are looking for a seasoned roofing sales professional who understands storm restoration, insurance-funded roofing, and how to consistently close business at a high level.
This is not an entry-level sales position. This is not a training program. This is an opportunity for a proven producer to plug into a company that already has the infrastructure, people, systems, and support in place to help you maximize your income.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience
- Minimum $1,000,000 in annual roofing sales production
- Verifiable production history
- Strong understanding of insurance restoration
- Experience inspecting roofs and presenting solutions to homeowners
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
Pay and Benefits:
- After a flat 20% company allocation for overhead and operational expenses on revenue, the remaining gross profit belongs to the Project Manager.

Acquisition Specialist — Greater Austin
Field Role:
This is a 1099, commission-only, field role. We are looking for competitive individuals, former athletes, veterans, bartenders, servers, hospitality professionals, sales professionals, recent graduates, and anyone looking for a performance-based career.
What You'll Do:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners
- Educate homeowners on potential storm-related roof damage
- Schedule free roof inspections
- Track appointments and activity
- Represent the company professionally
This Role Is For You If:
- You can work outside for hours (Texas heat included)
- Take rejection
- You’re coachable and can follow a simple script
- You are punctual and organized
Requirements:
